Hi, I'm Phia. Although this blog is anonymous I am using the 'stage name' if you like, of Phia. However, to me, it is more than just a false name, it is who I want to be, it's the name that makes me feel safe and happy. In my head I know exactly who that girl is, i know what she's like and where she wants to go. She is the person i hope to someday be.

Anonymity isn't my way of hiding from the real world, it's my way of being able to personally reach out to you, as a reader, and to myself as an individual. I want this blog to be a place where someone can share their most hidden thoughts and feelings whether that be about food, family or the changing ways of society. For me, writing is an escape. Whereas some people like to draw, dance or play music, i like to grab a piece of paper and a pen and write. But sometimes that isn't enough; having someone you can talk to about your troubles and having someone you can connect with is a truly rewarding thing. And that's why i'm bringing Phia to you, not only so I can share my thoughts and offload a bit, but so those of you who feel they need to express themselves or need advice, can do so here, with me and with each other.

People say we both born alone and die alone, but honestly, I don't think that's true. There is always someone there you can reach out to whether you notice it or not, you just have to take advantage of that. Although this blog will be a place where I talk about the things that are getting me down in hope that I don't hold it all in and get myself in a state, it's also a place where I will share many inspirational quotes and stories with you guys, as a little inspiration goes a long way and sometimes that's all it takes you drive you to a happier place.
